WINGSHOOTING

Even though you can hunt any game with this outfitter, wing shooting is his specialty. He is a master at knowing where the birds will be especially the geese near Cape Town. Two of our clients shot over 150 shotgun shells on a goose hunt in 30 minutes. They said, “It was the wildest goose hunt of my waterfowl career.” By the way, the main camp is only 30 minutes from the Waterfront in Cape Town but is very rural and quiet and only 5 to 10 minutes to the bird hunting areas. If you wish to travel light, Joe is a licensed firearms dealer and includes the cost of firearms and shells in his wingshooting adventures.

4 Guns or more - $350.00 per person per day
3 Guns or less - $450.00 per person per day
This rate includes the following:
Transport to and from your hotel within the Cape Metropolitan Area
One BIG Meal and beverages
Western Cape Hunting Licence
Field preparations
Use of trained gun dogs
Support staff
Camo, shotgun and ammunition.
If you bring your own shotguns, hardware and ammunition, then $100.00 per person may be deducted from the costs.



HUNTING SEASONS

Although most birds don’t have an official hunting season, here are our outfitter’s recommendations on the best times to hunt.
The optimum time for Rock Pigeon is December-March.
Good shooting for geese, ducks and francolin occurs April to September, with the best hunting between April and June.
We are able to hunt Guinea Fowl right throughout the year.
Grey Wing Partridge has a specific season from May through July.

Daily Rate Includes the following;

Full service of a licensed and experience Professional Hunter, Service of staff, trained trackers and skinners, Luxury accommodation, meals and beverages, fully equipped four by four vehicle, Skinning and field preparations of trophies, Transport from airport and hunting area, hunting permits, use of rifle and ammunition.


Not included in Daily Rate;

Trophy fees of animals bagged or wounded, Taxidermy work and shipping of final destinations, Personal air charters to hunting areas, Transport vehicle between hunting Provinces, Accommodations prior to and after safari, Gratuities
Note; All reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken however, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness before, during and after the safari.
Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded.

Balance of daily rate payable prior to Safari.



All Other game prices, supplied on request.




Hunt our national animal, the Springbuck and enjoy a traditional barbeque(Braai) with Joe for a unforgettable experience for A Cost of 500.00 USD within one hour drive from Central Cape Town;





This includes;
