Mendoza
Mendoza is the capital city of the Mendoza Province and is considered to be the most important city in Western Argentina. Nestled at the foothills of the Andes, Mendoza is home to some of Argentina’s most spectacular scenery, delectable regional cuisine, world-renowned artisans and, of course, amazing wines. Over the past few years, Mendoza has become a favorite hot spot for international wine enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
The city of Mendoza offers the perfect blend of modern and historic nuances as well as a balance between urban and country living. Old statues and fountains can be found alongside modern art galleries. Beautiful city parks separate shopping districts and residential neighborhoods. Great wine bars are always easy to find and restaurants range from elegant fine dining to casual street corner cafes.
Mendoza Wine Tours
Vineyards, both big and small, dot the countryside just outside of town. Our exclusive Mendoza wine tours are always private and include visits with the area’s finest wine makers. Typically tours begin at about 9am and run until about 4pm. Our guests can expect several wine tastings throughout the day as well as a break for a gourmet lunch. Mendoza Wine Lodge
Our Mendoza Wine Lodge is just twenty minutes south of downtown Mendoza in the charming village of Chacras. With a maximum occupancy of just 25 guests, your privacy and serenity is ensured. All rooms are spacious and meticulously kept. Deluxe rooms are available, complete with fireplaces and Jacuzzis. The lodge combines country-style ambience with contemporary comforts. A friendly service staff is available 24-hrs a day for anything you might need. Breakfasts are complimentary and a small menu of regional favorites is always available.
