South America’s prized bird, the tinamou (more commonly called perdiz), offers a hunt as challenging as it is thrilling. An upland hunter’s dream, perdiz are flushed in singles and pairs over well-trained pointers. At Detail Company Adventures, we are passionate about perdiz hunting and know all the hot perdiz hunting spots – not only in Argentina, but in Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay as well.
In Argentina, the perdiz hunting season runs from May to early August and can easily be combined with one (or a combination of) the following birds: doves, ducks, geese or pigeons.
